唐伟,副研究员,硕士生导师。2008年毕业于北京大学物理学院,获理学学士学位,2013年毕业于北京大学微电子系,获理学博士学位。博士期间主要从事摩擦纳米发电机和微机电系统(MEMS)方面的研究,提出了弹簧式结构的摩擦纳米发电机。2013年,进入北京纳米能源与系统研究所王中林院士课题组,继续开展摩擦纳米发电机方面的起电机理和自供能应用研究,首次提出了基于液体金属的摩擦纳米发电机,利用固液接触增大了有效摩擦面积,极大提高了发电机的有效电荷密度和能量转化效率,并进一步就液体金属基摩擦纳米发电机在摩擦起电和电荷分离机制方面展开了持续研究。同时,从结构设计和电路系统方面为摩擦纳米发电机提供了功率调控方案,进而研发了自供能电解水、自充电手机膜等应用。已发表Materals Toady, Adv. Mater., Adv. Func. Mater., ACS 바카라 카드 게임 바카라 카드 게임 Energy等高水平SCI论文40余篇,其中第一作者21篇,申请国际发明专利3项,中国发明专利19项(其中10项已授权)。获得国家自然科学基金青年基金、博士后面上项目一等资助,参与了包括国家重点研发计划和国家自然科学基金重点项目等,中国科学院青年促进会会员,北京市青年拔尖团队骨干成员,北京市科学技术二等奖第四获奖人。
